API & Third-Party Integrations
The payments, files, messages, and devices a product depends on, connected so they can be changed later.
What this work is
Most products have to live with systems we do not own: a payment provider, object storage, email, messaging, or a printer. Integration work is the boundary between our software and those systems, including the failures, retries, and records that make the connection operable.
Problems this usually addresses
A provider call is copied into every feature
The first integration works. The third one makes the codebase afraid of change.
Failure is invisible
A payment, a file, or a message fails and nobody can see what the product thinks happened.
Two systems disagree
The order is paid in one place and still open in another, with no record of which is right.
Typical capabilities
- Payment collection, including Razorpay in Restrowise and Swaasa Office
- Object storage and image handling, including Cloudflare R2 and Sharp on Swaasa Office
- WhatsApp communication and printing in Restrowise
- Email delivery through a provider such as AWS SES when a product needs it
- API boundaries that keep a provider replaceable
Engineering approach
An integration is a product decision. We name what the product must remember if the other system is slow or wrong, then build that record into the flow. Confirmed examples are Razorpay, WhatsApp, and printing on Restrowise, and Razorpay, Cloudflare R2, and Sharp on Swaasa Office.
Technologies used for this kind of work
How an engagement runs
We prove the unhappy path — a declined payment, a missing file, a failed print — before calling the integration done.
01
Discover
We learn the operation, the users, and the constraints before proposing software.
02
Plan
Scope, architecture, and a sequence of work that can be reviewed while it is being built.
03
Design
Flows and interface structure, resolved far enough that engineering is not guessing.
04
Engineer
Production-minded increments, with direct conversation from the people writing the code.
05
Test
Behaviour, integrations, and the paths people actually take, checked before release.
06
Launch & Evolve
Release, then stay with the product so it remains maintainable as the business changes.

Questions we are often asked
Are you a partner of these providers?
No. Using Razorpay, Cloudflare, AWS, or any other product is not a partnership or a certification.
Can you connect a system that is not on this list?
Yes, if it has a documented API or a stable integration point, and the access we need can be granted safely.
Who holds the provider account?
The client holds their own payment, storage, and messaging accounts unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not take ownership of customer funds.
