Owned product
Restrowise
A restaurant management SaaS owned by Maitry Techwise, covering point of sale, kitchen tickets, billing, staff, and inventory.
Business context
Restrowise is not a client project. Maitry Techwise designs, builds, and owns it. The public product site is restrowise.com. The work is a web application for a restaurant service day.
Problem
Service, kitchen, and billing drift apart when each one has its own tool. The floor needs an order to reach the kitchen, the kitchen needs a state for that order, and the bill needs to match what was actually served. Staff, stock, and a view of the day still have to be there when service ends.
Solution approach
The product treats the service day as one flow. An order moves from the floor to a kitchen ticket and through preparation states, then into billing. Razorpay, WhatsApp, printing, and real-time updates are attached where the operation needs them. Menu, staff, inventory, and analytics sit in the same product for the person running the restaurant.

Engineering challenges
Keeping one version of the order
The floor, the kitchen, and the bill have to agree. The product keeps those steps on the same order instead of asking staff to reconcile them later.
Paper still matters during service
Tickets and bills are printed because the pass and the table still use paper. Printing is part of the flow, not an export added afterwards.
Integrations during a live service
Payments, WhatsApp messages, and status updates have to fail in a way the restaurant can see. They sit at the edge of the operation rather than becoming the core record.

No quantitative business results are published for Restrowise. Screenshots use demo restaurant data, including a menu row named “test item” and sample figures in analytics. Those figures are not a result.
