What this page covers
This policy describes the maitrytechwise.com website. Restrowise is a separate product at restrowise.com and has its own account data. Client systems such as Swaasa Office are not operated through this website.
Information you send us
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, project type, an optional budget range you choose, a description of the work, how you prefer to be contacted, and an optional phone number if you ask us to call. A consent checkbox records that we may use those details to reply.
The careers page does not accept resumes or identity documents. If you write about work, send a short note and a link. Do not include sensitive personal information.
If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
How a form message is delivered
The form is delivered by email only when a server-side email provider is configured. Until then, the site tells you the message was not sent. It does not pretend a submission succeeded.
Configured delivery uses credentials stored on the server. They are not placed in the browser and they are not committed to the repository.
Hosting and technical data
The site is intended to be hosted on Vercel. Like any host, the platform may keep standard request logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, for security and operations.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not embed third-party tracking scripts.
Why we use the information
We use inquiry details to answer you and, if a project proceeds, to prepare that conversation. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build an advertising profile.
How long we keep it
Email we receive is kept long enough to handle the inquiry and any follow-up you ask for, then deleted when it is no longer needed for that conversation or for a legal obligation. The site does not run its own database of form submissions.
Your requests
To ask for a copy or deletion of a message you sent, email hello@maitrytechwise.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
